Case Manager
ull time position available needed to work with developmentally disabled adults and children, providing concrete case management, financial assistance, budgeting, referral assistance, and social/recreational services Some evening and weekend hours required. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Service field, 1-2 years previous work experience with this population, computer literacy, sensitivity/comfort with Jewish culture and traditions.
