In the fall of each year the United Way of South Hampton Roads and the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula raise funds which are then allocated to support the services of their member agencies. When an individual makes a donation to the United Way, he/she has the opportunity of designating their gift to an agency of their preference. Anyone wishing to support JFS in this way should note the following codes on their pledge cards.
